Background

A client required a solution to ensure that only media files meeting specific technical specifications were forwarded to their AWS Elemental processing environment. Non-technical departments were responsible for sending media files, but they did not need to handle the intricate details of file configurations. The client sought an automated tool that would redirect files with the correct specifications and reject or reroute non-compliant files, minimizing human intervention and errors.
